Can you workout while DETOXING?

Yes, depending on your intentions, length of time you’re detoxing and what type of detox program you are doing. As far as my personal experience & detox clients, after you get pass the initial “detox symptoms” you can begin and actually recommended to incorporate light workouts, yoga, sauna and body movements exercise. NOTHING TOO strenuous to add stress on the body. Be gentle during the time of cleansing your HOME (body) you wanna make sure you get to the hard to reach stains...☺️🙌🏽
