Welcome to my 4 Week Yoga and Meditation Program offered Online & In Person.
NO DROP INS. You must purchase a ticket & register for this program.
Each Class is taught a set Ashtanga Infused Sequence & Various Meditation Practices that you will learn to impletment on your own by the end of our 4 weeks together.
The Astanga (eight limbed) system of yoga was founded by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore South India. Did you know I earned my Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Certification in South India? Astanga is a set series of postures that the student works on individually with a teacher at his or her own pace. Based around the pillars of Breath, Strength, Integrity, and Spirit, this practice emphasizes deep breathing, longer pose holds, intelligently constructed sequences, personalized attention and alignment, and strong connections to internal wisdom. You will leave this practice feeling clearer, steadier, and better able to move through your life authentically from the beauty and intelligence of your Spirit.

Every Sunday I offer 2 classes at 10am & 12pm
How much does it cost?
$25 per student or $80 for all 4 classes
What do I need to bring?
~Your MAT and a non judging mindset!
Should I eat breakfast before class?
~ I suggest that you eat something light. Fresh juice, A smoothie, Coconut water, nuts, banana etc. If you eat breakfast try to eat it 2hrs prior to coming to class.
How long is class?
~1hr or sometimes longer..
Do I have to be flexible to come to class?
